This form should only be used by admitted freshmen and transfer students who have paid an enrollment deposit.

Please note that by completing this form you are not automatically guaranteed to have your deferral request granted. An admissions representative will contact you to complete your deferral request process shortly after you submit this form.

Freshmen are permitted to request a deferral of their admission for a maximum of one (1) year.

Transfer students are permitted to request a deferral of their admission for a maximum of one (1) semester

During the time of your deferral you are not permitted to take classes at any other institution.
